You might want to check out a program called EasyWMA at http://www.easywma.com . It's only $10 and will do exactly what your looking to accomplish. If there is another way that doesn't cost, that would be great of course.

Hi All,

I'm trying to access recorded files on an Olympus DS 30 recorder. The Mac sees the recorder once it's plugged in, and when trying to open a file the Mac sees it as a text document. As the file is really a .wma, how can I access it? Is there a way to make the audio recordings available to copy and paste to the Mac? And, if not does anyone know of a digital recorder that is compatible with the Mac and easy for a visually impaired person to use?

Jennifer
