	hi do other people think it is a good idea to have voice over jump to  
a link when you click it?
i.e. if i am reading a manual and click 2.1.1 i wish voice over would  
jump in safari to that section that i clicked on, not making me wade  
through the entire, in my case, mobile speak manual
