Skipping Links Command

I was reading someplace and found a command that will let you skip  
from the links straight to the content of a webpage like ssay the text  
part. but I can't find that command anymore. Does anyone know the key  
commands to use to skip straight to the content of a page and bypass  
the links/navigation?
