There is a bug in safari where a voiceover user can not click a link
on a page, for example, a manual, and be taken direct to that relevant
section.
For example on
http://www.codefactory.es/descargas/family_1/product_3/MSP_and_MMP_Product_Manual.htm
You will see a manual. now one would assume if one could see, that if
they clicked say section 2.1.2, they are taken visually to that
section of the manual itself
However, please try this with voiceover under leopard and you will
note that after voiceover says pressed, and then the name of the lin,
they are not taken to that section that they clicked i.e. they are not
placed at that heading that marks the start of the section they wish
to examine
To go heading by heading in this particular documentation, given that
it is a large page, takes time and it is tiring to have to navigate
heading by heading
Can this problem be reproduced at all?
