yes, but you have to know that there is a mouseover link.  Many of them do 
nothing but change color anyway.

Sometimes, the mouseover inks works for me. If you press VO command f5
to move the mouse to the VO cursor, and keep pressing the physicly
mouse button, it should move the VO cursor to the section. the weird
thing is that it doesn't work all the time, so it is a very annoying
bug. I'll just let you know how I got the links to work.
