They ar actually making this harder than it actually is. for instance, what
do email attachments have to do with the stream?

Having said this, what you will need to do is use an sd card reader to put the books you have downloaded onto your sd card. so you would download the book, open it up, copy the folder to the appropriate folder on the stream.

Dear Wolfner Library Electronic List Patron,

Wolfner Library has a limited number of VictorReader Streams to loan
to patrons interested in participating in the NLS Braille and Audio
Reading Download (BARD) program. The Stream player is a hand held
digital player, ultra-compact and sleek. It is an advance machine
with multiple function that lets you read and navigate through
complex books, such as reference manuals and school books, as well
as novels and magazine. It is portable and generally is used with
headphones

Please review the following requirements:

1. You must be a Wolfner Library patron in good standing.

2. You must have a high-speed Internet connection or regular
access to one.

3. You must have a working e-mail address and knowledge of how to
use it, including handling attachments.

4. You must have a reasonable knowledge of how to use the web,
fill out forms online, download large items, and unzip files.

5. You must have a working knowledge of file management; that is,
you must be able to create folders to put your books in, and locate
the proper folders from which to extract your books.

6. You must download a minimum of 3 NLS books a month.

7. You must have enough dexterity in your hands to use a small
electronic device such as a TV remote or cell phone.

Please email Wolfner Library at [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you feel
qualified and are interested in downloading books over the Internet
via the BARD program. Your Reader Advisor will contact you on how to
enroll in the program.

Sincerely,

Richard J. Smith, Director
