Hi, as far as the actual phones go, the Simbian series 60 and 90 phons have vastly superior hardware in them, but windows mobile smartphones and pocket pc's have far better software.

Windows mobile also comes up huge in the area of gps for the blind in case you care.

I'm just about to try sync my i-paq 6955 mobile messenger with my macbook using syncmate and will let you know how it goes if you like.

Best,

Hello,
Wow! Sorry that happened to you. But I do appreciate the advice. Perhaps I might seriously look at the newer Nokia 8 Gig phones.

Hello everyone,
I am getting ready to purchase a cell phone. I have not decided at this point how far I want to go with the phone. I mean for example Talks or Mobile Speaks. A Motorola Q or a Nokia N75 or n82 for example.
But my big questions are these.
1. Is it necessary to use Missing Synch when working with file transfers and the like? if so, how well does Missing Synch work with VoiceOver under Leopard? 2. Generally, what phones work best with Mac under Leopard,, not Windows?
Thanks in advance for any of your thoughts.
Dan
