Hello,I noticed the Safari sound as well. I think that part of the new iTunes is better web based and that's why things work. Also, I noticed that when I first ran the new iTunes that the system tracked and announced as it was updating the librarys and art work. I also clicked on the Text list and things really rock now. It's kind of like the grid was active.
