Announcing link URL's.

I know this already's been discussed, but I didn't have Leopard at the time, 
so I need yall to refresh my memory.  In Safari, once I've voed over to a 
link on a web page, I know I can, in Leopard interact with it, and then 
spell the link and what not if I wanna do that, but, let's say, I'm on that 
link, and I wanna know what the U R L is that it's taking me too.  Is there 
a way a doing that, without moving my cursor off the link?
