Descriptive Video Services with ITunes

Hi,

Is it possible, like the Close Captioning in movies from the ITunes  
Store to get movies with Descriptive Vedio Services (DVS), a feature  
that allows blind users to have the movie explained in the natural  
pauses of the film?
