I can see your point about keeping rockbox if the nano just isn't the
device you need, but i'm totally baffled about this iTell product.
Rockbox is free, and in a totally different way from the apple
firmware it's still fairly nifty.  The iTell costs, doesn't give you
as much information or usability as rockbox or a 4g nano, was about 4
years too late for me to be interested, and it's an extra device to
carry around and worry about power for.  I don't mean to be harsh to
the developers of it at all, just think that out of the two rockbox is
leaps and bounds ahead for anybody who can't afford/doesn't want to
get a 4g.  For what it's worth, I'm too broke to pick up a 4g myself
at the mo so I'm in the same situation as you pretty much.
