audio and microphone input with Audio Hijack, so running a search on

I keep trying and trying, but I don't know what devices I have to
choose. There are two sound flowers and one system audio. And what
do I have to set my audio output to? I have tried silent, but
without any luck. I know this topic has been discussed here many
times, so therefore it would be great if someone would make a step
by step guide.
