Hi All, If it's 2 in the morning and you need help from the apple store beyond getting product info and or placing an order, forget it. You can look up their hours but they are open 24 7 to take your money but not to help you with web order issues.
Also, be aware that some orders cannot be cancelled like when you order a product and an apple care plan for it, if the apple care plan says "complete" it cannot be canceled on the web. Every company has its policies so I'm not complaining, just letting folk know so they don't have to find out the hard way.
