Logic or Pro-Tools

[WWJD]

Are either a these two apps even half way doable with voice over?  I 
understand that a large large large large part of them probably isn't, but, 
is it at least even somewhat? doable, if you have some time and some 
patients?

Or, is neither of 'em really worth the trouble.
