Hi.  I'm intrested in trying it but the snapshot page isn't clear on which
one to download and how to install it.  Any tips?

At this point, neither of those is a great choice.  iWork is somewhat  
usable, but it isn't a pleasant or seamless experience. MS Office is  
useless.  I recommend trying OpenOffice.org if you really need an  
office suite.  The release candidate of version 3.0 is out and is  
extremely accessible with VO.  http://www.openoffice.org
