Maybe that used to be a problem, but I just tested it out on my
MacBook and the order of the keys makes no difference. Might've been
a Tiger bug. Not sure. I've had this MacBook since April of 2007 and
never ran into that problem, though.

I only mention this because your post made me remember when I took
one of my bliend friends to a mac store some time back and he
couldn't figure out how to start VO. It took about 10 minutes
before he got the order right.
Yeah its rather silly that it would take anyone that long, but I bet
that's how a lot of the plane jane or joe blindies are with
technology.
