I need Kurdish, which is a eSpeak voice, so it looks like I am not the
only one needing eSpeak.
No, even though it is localized, Leopard only has built-in support for
eight Voiceover languages, even though, as if to contradict that, the
Voiceover update had Japaneese and some other languages Braille tables.
