Voiceover with Nicecast

Hello all, I am using Nicecast on my Mac Mini with Voiceover. While most
everything seems pretty much straightforward there are two things which
I can't seem to do with VO. The first is changing the default input from
ITunes to the Microphone jack and the second is changing the default
port from 8000 to something else. If anyone has any suggestions I would
much appreciate it.
