As long as you trust Apple, everything in the software updates is safe. Smiley, I trust Apple, so to me they are safe. Everything you install through Software updates is from Apple, so it isn't any riskier than your Mac os. Smiles, I don't want to scare you off, because you would have a hard job finding a safer OS, so yes, they are safe and allright to install.

I think your other ones were a digital camera one and one of the ILife application applications update.
