You should be able to but for voice-over, it has no affect as mentioned.
Other mac keys it works for no problem.

Hello ,
I think you can solve this by checking out the theck box to allow mac- 
shortcuts in the virtual windows environment.

I think also, on this way, shift+f10 is active to start the contextmenu.
