LOL, why not have two Ipods? I have to admit I'm tempted just to take
a look at one of the nanos. I don't really need to hear it talk in
the store, because I know what to expect there.
I agree with you that it's just not realistic to expect the apple
sails people to know about the speach feature, etc. I have actually
had good experiences in apple stores, if the genius or sailsperson I'm
dealing with doesn't know the answer to my question he or she has
always taken the time to try and find out.
When I bought my macbook in December the person I dealt with didn't
really know much about VO, but she did know how to turn it on, and she
and I learned about it's features together. If she hadn't been as
helpful as she was I might have been more hesitant to buy the macbook.
