I really don't know. We haven't any Apple Stores here in France yet.
Maybe look for an opening next Spring at Carousel de Louvre in Paris?
Olivia, yes, you'll probably be able to find these cases at your local
Apple Store. You know that you can make on-line reservations for your
trip to the Genius Bar on the web, don't you? See this old post from
the Archives:

(Accessibile Web Reservations with your local Apple Store)
The simple summary is that you can google Apple Retail Stores to find
a web page that gives a link to your local Apple store. Then, find the
link for Genius Bar reservations on their web page. The only parts
that weren't obvious, going through the forms, were how to register
(register as a "Guest" rather than as a "Member"), and that you would
be shown the available date and time slots in blocks that you could
select (VO-Space) and examine. Different stores may use slightly
different time blocks. The archived post gives the (very detailed)
steps that were used then, but most of the forms are pretty self-
evident if you follow the guidelines I described here. You'll be
asked to choose a category of support (e.g. a question about your
Computer vs. one about your iPod). You have the option to provide a
contact phone number in addition to your email address and you can
include a very brief line describing the problem you want help with at
the end. If you go back to this link you can cancel or re-schedule
your appointment by identifying yourself again.
Cheers,
Esther
I have to go over there later to get my Ipod click wheel fixed.
And, hopefully etween us with some instructions the "geniuses" and
I can figure out this whole dragging and dropping thing, because,
apparently, I am an idiot when it comes to drag and drop I can't
make it work using VO, no matter what I try, though my Dad was able
to do it usingthe regular mouse, so clearly the feature works on my
computer.
Olivia, here is the link to Shaun's audio podcast on how to drag and
drop from his numpadplus.com blog site:

The text version is given at the top of this post from the list
archives:

First practice doing a VoiceOver drag and drop with items in a list,
like moving a playlist into a folder in the Source table of Tunes, or
moving a file in Finder under list view mode.
It does actually work, not just in lists, but I think the focus
glitches I've noted in Leopard make this a bit trickier. Best analogy
I can make is with the different behavior people have had in doing
copy and paste in Finder with icon view, list view, etc.
Cheers,
Esther
Are you on Skype? I might be able to help you with Drag & Drop. My
