Guys, not singling anyone out here, but I've politely asked this at
least twice before, in recent history, and that is; can we please
please please please stop sending messages to the list with vague one
or two word notes?… I'm really not trying to come off as bitchy here,
<smile> but this is an email list rather than a chat session.
Furthermore, when traveling, I often use my phone to get email, and
it's much slower than my lappie, and can be quite laborious, so going
through the effort to read a note with a single word or two, in it,
which really could be sent off list is just a waste of my time.
this is really a basic issue of good netiquette, and as I said, I'm
not meaning to be rude or insensitive here, so if I'm off-base, I do
apologize, but I do hope you'll at least give this a bit of
consideration?…
