The process is the exact same.
Uploading however is a little weird.
When you use voice over navigation, and get to the choose file button, you
can't just hit vo+space on it. By vo+space, a corse, Im referring to,
hitting control+option+space. You actually have to hit vo+command+F5, to
route your mouse pointer to the button, then do vo+shift+space to actually
physically click the icon. I dono why this is the case, but if you don't do
it that way, the browse dialog won't come up.
