tips on working the video camera

Hi Everyone,
I have to participate in a video conference tomorrow using the video  
camera on my macbook.  I have done video chats with Ichat, and I am  
assuming that the conference would work the same way.
Does anyone know how to focus the camera, zoom in, etc?  I don't  
really mind, but obviously the sighted people on the other end would  
like to be able to look at me, not some random thing that I've got the  
camera focused on! :)
If anyone has some good tips about working with the video camera I  
would love them!
