Not sure about other countries, but I know that you can do this in the  
US. Edit your account and under payment method you can choose to use  
paypal. Once you choose that you'll be taken through a web page that  
asks you to verify a payment agreement authorizing iTunes to use your  
paypal account and you'll be set.
