No, you can burn songs you have purchased from the iTunes Store an
unlimited number of times. What you cannot do is burn the exact same
playlist of purchased songs to an audio CD more than 7 times.
From the the Burn FAQ:

Songs purchased from the iTunes Store can be burned to audio CDs and
data CDs an unlimited number of times. However, each unique playlist
can only be burned to an audio CD 7 times.

So make some change, add another song, etc. Even without changes you
can burn identical copies of that playlist up to 7 times.

i can't burn an album for my aunty perfectly legal of course as I am
the original owner of the tracks having purchased an album today but
if i try a second time the burn button is not there is this right?
