Hello,
I have seen this problem on another one of my Macs as well and I have
no idea what to do.
Other than manually removing files after they've been removed from the
library and supposedly put in trash, I just manually remove them
through finder and then delete the trash.
In other words, it's a rather unnecessary bother.
