I have done some training and support for VoiceOver throughout
the last couple of years. As far as I am aware, there is no
"official" certification or such. I don't know if Apple has any
plans to create a more "formalized" system.

I know a lot of people on this list teach themselves, but it is a
little off putting for people when they can get Voc Rehab to
provided them with JAWS training, but nothing for VO.
I'm open to any ideas to add to my battery of choices...
