That depends on the which voice I'm using, but with some of them I do
find this to be the case. In general, I find natural voices become
harder to understand at higher rates than synthetic voices, the
exceptions being Alex and the AT&T natural voices.

Like with french, i can understand the contexts at 42 percent but
find that if a little slower it is more comfortable to listen too
