No it doesn't work for me here at all, I can see how many items are  
left to be downloaded but no individual details. Also, the pause  
button, resume button, and allow simultaneous downloads checkbox are  
visible as well. But not a trace of the actual details at all.

I couldn't get what apple accessibility told me, to work. according  
to them we can easily see what is downloading in i tunes
it is a separate downloads window apparently
