Open Office 3 final release

I guess I missed this and didn't read a post about it on here so in case 
you hadn't heard Open Office 3 came out a week or so ago (causing their 
servers to overload). I downloaded a copy and found no real changes for 
voiceover. The notes mention that they changed out the file picker to 
use the OSX native one but I can't recall if that was in the 3.0RC1 
version. The other problems I had, such as navigating tables in the word 
proccessor, are still there. Maybe it will be fixed in the next revision.
