TV and radio link

Hey everyone, here is something which some of you may find intresting  
and that I would also like some assistance with:

The above link take you to a site with loads of links for both TV and  
radio stations.

My question to you guys is these streams are primarly in windows media  
format, What application would you suggest to access these feeds.

I am sorry if this is too far off topic for this list.
