A couple questions, skype and spark.

Hi there, the subject pretty much sums this up, firstly, how do you answer 
an incoming call in skype, and does the mac version have global hotkeys like 
the windows version
Second, how do you add a shortcut for the say time script in spark? I helped 
my friend install the script no problem, compiling it to an application, it 
works fine, but now we need to set it up as a hotkey. How to do this?
