I hope all is well.
Recently, I got to try out Parallels, and I must say, it is not
accessible. The menus are accessible yes, but the dialogues are not
accessible.
I didn't get to see if you could install OS's myself, since the basic
dialogues I tried out were not accessible to VoiceOver. This even
includes the uninstaller dialogue, should you actually use the
uninstaller APP within the DMG image..

Apparently it has voice recognition to give the VM commands.
