Dear Simon,

This is an accessibility issue with Address book. When you create or edit fields on a card, the fields for "phone" and "email" don't get announced unless you VO-H. If you use Mail's "Add Sender to Address Book" option (Command-Shift-Y) for an email selected in the messages table, and then go look at the card in your Address Book, you'll probably only have the name and email fields filled in. Anne may have some suggestions here.

Cheers,

Esther

Dear Listers,

Don't growl at me please as this has come up before but why can't I see the e-mail address of a particular person whose name is in the filename column of my address book. I can see their first and last name but I can't locate their e-mail address. However, when composing an e-mail to the said person, their e-mail address appears in the "to" field as soon as I start typing it. Why can't voiceover locate it in the card view scroll area though? It's exasperating.

Thanks for any clues, best wishes, Simon
