Well, they were not able to regenerate this issue, however, the systems they
had there were only running Tiger 10.4.11, and then the other one had
Leopard 10.5.4, not 10.5.5. So it's kind a catch22. I took down her e-mail
address, and she took down mine. She is e-mailing
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
As well as ITunes Apple engeneering, to see if they're aware a this. I did
tell her every keystroke step by step in voiceover to do what I am doing,
from the point a turning it on, to the point a shutting it back off. Yes I
know, I did remember to mention for a laptop you gotta hold the fn key down
when doing command F5.
Anyway, I'd be extremely! curious to know if any of yall also have seen
this, and what the work around was, aside the obvious.
