Okay.  Go to either the groups or the group.gif link.  Both will get
you there.  Then, you'll see a search box.  Type in "Voiceover
Screenreader" without the quotes and you should see it.  Click on the
group and then the join link.  that, or just go here.

Right now, there's only one member in it.  Also, there's a group for
blind and visually-impaired users of Facebook with several hundred
members.  You can find it here.  it's not mine but it's a nice one.
