Will, I haven't got the time to check it out again now but in  
voiceover utility in the help files, to which you can get via menus in  
the standarrd way, I think it says that you start the read by sentence  
process by pressing VO+s and then just use the arrow keys. maybe with  
vo keys.Please check it out, I have to rush. With best wishes, Simon
