I haven't come across this, but I have found some instances in which
not all my purchased songs show up in this playlist for some reason.
"Purchased" is just supposed to be a smart playlist. You can manually
add entries to it, though. Try "Add to Playlist" from the contextual
menu or even copy and paste.
