I had the same problem. I just did it, and the second page didnt come
up. I proofread before sending too, but I thought that was odd. also,
the page would sometimes go back to the top randomly, or lose
interaction with the html content so I had to keep interacting and
then finding my place in the survey again. and I found it strange that
safari wasn't mentioned as a browser too!
