Not that I know of. But here's a list:

Webkit-based browsers. These should work with VoiceOver roughly as well as Safari - at least in theory.

   * Safari
   * WebKit Nightly: latest development build of Safari
   * OmniWeb
   * iCab
   * Shiira, another WebKit-based browser, but not actively developed.

Opera. According to recent list discussion this works faster with VoiceOver than Safari but has problems with certain form controls.

Firefox: Doesn't have support for the Universal Access API enabled in its default build, so won't work with VoiceOver out-of-the-box. Can be used as a self-voicing browser if you install the Firefox extension.

Emacspeak: self-voicing environment for Emacs, includes web browsing and utilities for using Google web services.
