Evert, the newer aluminum Macbooks are great. I think the sound is
actually better and they feel mostly the same. The big difference is
the screen has no edge around it like the Macbook you have. It has
instead a rubber gasket of sorts and no this won't fall off or
anything. It seems a little more rounded on the edges and is a bit
thinner if I recall correctly. They are very nice and I'm thinking at
some point I might want a Macbook Pro. Now you might want to wait a
little while, at least until after Tuesday. I believe Apple may be
releasing some new products and this may include upgraded laptops, I
can't recall what all is included.
