Why don't we just slightly adapt the touchscreen interface itself,
instead of carrying around yet another keyboard just to operate a phone?
Why in the world would you want to do that, anyway, a phone needs to be
operable by itself. Requiring a separate keyboard would decrease
usability and portability both and, further, since many applications
require you to touch their icons and wouldn't have keyboard support, how
would you overcome this?
And, no, I'm not just asking questions, I actually do have an idea of how
the touchscreen can be adapted. I'll post it here, if interested.
