Keyboard Shortcuts?

HI Everyone, I  am trying to learn my new Mac, and am wondering if there is 
a list of the keyboard shortcuts out there that I could use? I can get some 
of them by hittting K, but I run in to problems with reading web pages, and 
I just no there has to be better ways to do things. So far on web pages all 
I can do is hit my rite arrow. Very anoying.
Any sort of list would be very helpful.
