Have you tried the accessible version of AOL Mail? If you hit VO-I
and then look for a link called Accessible Version, that should take
you there.

Hello; I tried that, and it was ok, but I'm telling you use
m.yahoo.com/mail it gives you the simplified version for mobile
phone browsers. I loved it. If I had known about this sooner, I
might not have gotten my aol account. Try yahoo mobile. Thanks, Max

Did you try classic Mail from mail.yahoo.com? It is fairly
accessible with Voiceover and Sfari.

Hey Guys; I don't know how long this will last, but if you click on
mobile from yahoo's mail page or if you enter m.yahoo.com/mail in
your
address bar; it will take you to a very accessible version of their
email. No other software, no configuring. Just sign in to your
account.
I'm going to start looking for mobile versions of sites in the
future as
they have to be accessible on people's cell phones which have screen
size, operating system, memroy, storage, and other worries that might
make a mobile version of any given site more accessible with a screen
reader. Try it. use it while it lasts. You know the cell phones are
getting more powerful every day. Good luck, Max
