Jacob,

Did you try to turn Narrator on for that screen to see if it could be accessed with speech?

Thanks,
Everett

Hi Everett
It works fine. The automated install actually does work for the most part, believe it or not. Set up the virtual machine for Windows Vista-- vmware should auto-detect the CD of 7 as Vista. Because 7 uses the same unattended installation file as Vista, VMWare is able to automate the install. The part that is not automated is the initial configuration stage for home group, after your initial login. This was not present in Vista, so it's understandable. Make sure you can give the virtual machine of7 at least 2gb of ram, it will barely limp along with 1gb. I'd suggest upgrading the ram in your machine to at least 4gb if you want to use 7 effectively.

Good evening,

Has anyone tried running the Windows 7 beta in Fusion? I imagine that it will not do the automated / accessible install, but is it possible to work with Windows 7 in Fusion at all?

Thanks,
Everett

The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.
