Fusion 2 key mapping

Good evening,

Looking for a tutorial on remapping keys in Fusion 2.  I would like to  
map the right command and option keys to Application and Control and  
woiuld like to remap the right shift key to insert.  Would also like  
to find a way for Capslock to be properly passed through to the guest.
