Changing How Infovox Voices Utilizes Punctuation

I installed some Infovox voices and noticed that, even though I have  
my Punctuation set to Some, the Infovox voices speaks the Less than,  
Greater than, and dashes quite often.  Is there a way that I can  
synchronize the Infovox voices to behave asthe Appletalk voices do for  
VoiceOver?  Richie Gardenhire, anchorage, Alaska.
