Importing VCards to Address Book

Good evening,

I have a folder of over 300 VCard files from my Windows computer.  How  
can I import these into Address Book?

I opened Address Book > File > Import > VCards, but it won't allow me  
to do a select all in the folder that the VCards are in.

Do I need to import these on at a time?
